Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, limited drops, or high-volume periods.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Awear currently ships within the United States.

Shipping rates:

• Free Shipping on all orders 

Estimated delivery time is typically 3–5 business days once the order has shipped.

Orders are shipped from Miami, Florida via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.


International Shipping

At this time, Awear does not offer international shipping.

We hope to expand to additional regions in the future.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Awear cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Awear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
